I work Monday to Friday
I work 09:00 - 20:00
Face to Face [F2F] lessons are 1:1. They can be at my home or via Zoom. The lesson must be paid for upfront or in advance, not afterwards.
This is my livelihood, you are making a commitment to me as well as your child and therefore you are expected to attend your booked session weekly and without fail.
Any holidays booked please tell me as soon as you've booked them, as I will do with you.
Lessons run hour to hour. If you are late you cannot make up the time. You must NEVER be late to collect your child. I am teaching someone else child directly before and after yours. Lessons must run on time. Likewise do not try to come in early.
If you cancel I will try to reschedule but the availability that I have is all that I have and the fee for the lesson you are missing must still be paid. Even if your child is ill. 24 hours notice minimum in ALL cases.
